Terry Malone, of Rutherford, New Jersey, is a writer/editor with experience in corporate communications, journalism, poetry, prose, and light verse. Several of her poems were incorporated and dramatized in “RIB,” an early production by playwright Mark St. Germain. Terry gave her first public reading at a Write Group open mic session early in 2004, and has been a regular at its weekly freewrite sessions ever since, writing spontaneously for 15 minutes in response to topic prompts. Her poems in this issue were written during those sessions.
