Coffee so deep, so smooth and rich.
If I missed my morning brew, I'd be a real witch.

It calms and soothes, yet perks me up.
I say to myself, "Just one more cup."

I soon begin to shake and shutter.
I'm talking so fast, I begin to stutter.

Then I'm twitching and shaking all over,
If I had been drinking, I sure would be sober.

Oh, what would I do without this pleasure?
I can't imagine--these feelings I treasure!
